Trip of a lifetime is an understatement. Next week I will try to put into words the humbling feelings that welled up in my soul, standing on the edge of a rocky cliff overlooking the small towns below, or the immense sense of gratitude for Duke (the horse) for being my spirit guide and protector through this wilderness. I can’t stop thinking about this trip, or talking about it — Phil can attest to that. I don’t think I could ever do this landscape justice, all I can do is try.
