Though there was a valid threat of below freezing, single-digit temperatures, we were not deterred–these past two days, we spent our time waltzing around the quaint, Vermont town of Woodstock. From sipping a hot toddy in the historic Woodstock Inn to driving around the scenic back roads of Pomfret, Quechee, and Bridgewater in search of the treasured covered bridges, our time in Vermont made us fall in love with this easy-going, friendly, Green Mountain State all over again.
