Written by Sarah during her trip to Nashville, TN.
As you may have noticed, these past few days I have been galavanting around with my sister in the Athens of the South, the Buckle of the Bible Belt, Smashville, Music City, U.S.A. That’s right, we’ve been wearing our country boots in Nashville, Tennessee!
This being our first ever solo sister trip, we wanted to go somewhere young and vibrant, which featured a passion that touched both our hearts – music. We’ve always loved country music, whether it be Shania Twain blaring out our mother’s Sentra speakers, seeing Tim McGraw and Faith Hill together as a newly blended family, or belting out the modern hits by Luke Bryan, Sam Hunt, Rascal Flatts, or Maren Morris in the warm summer nights at one of New England’s amazing outdoor venues. But over the last three days, we found a city so much more than Honky Tonk Highway and cowboy boot central. It’s a city rooted in musical history, from Johnny Cash and Elvis to Michael Jackson and Soul Train.
Here are some of our photos from our time these last few days. Keep a lookout for my itinerary on all things Nashville coming in the next couple weeks!

Looks like an amazing time
